I'm wondering what plans the Mozilla Foundation and/org Mozilla-Europe have to promote choice on the internet in those area where Firefox has more or less 10% of MarketShare.

I agree and I have put Arabic on my list of prioritary languages for the website for Firefox 2, which should give more visibility to arabic-speaking people in North Africa and middle-east.

There are also several new Firefox binaries localized in African languages (South African ones).
