Camino Manual

Now that Camino 1.0 has shipped it might be a good idea to try to revive the manual. When we started working for 1.0 the idea of having a manual to give to our users would be a nice idea. The Camino-documentation mailing list was used to start the effort and gather people willing to work on the manual. A wiki was set up so people could try to give a hand and write chapters of the said manual. Thanks to the work of Brandon Schoech chapters 1,2,3,4,6,7,9 have been written, we are still missing a few chapters and some proofreading on the existing work.
